Linda Heska

Linda comes to Potentia with over thirty years of management and consulting experience in unionized environments within the public sector.  A particular area of expertise is matters relating to Labour Relations including grievance management, collective bargaining, labour/management relations, workplace policies and legislative requirements.  Having published a book on organizational practices that contribute to employee engagement, Linda recognizes the need to empower people and create a culture of trust and respect.

Linda holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and a Management Certificate, major in Human Resources, from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Linda’s career success is defined by many things:  her passion to understand the bigger picture, to respond quickly to situations or problems requiring a decision, her strong desire to attain and maintain high quality standards and her ability to influence others and inspire enthusiasm.  As an experienced negotiator, Linda provides comprehensive guidance and support throughout the collective bargaining process and post bargaining.
