With a Master’s Degree in Leadership and “Coachees” in many different industries, Tanja is dedicated to supporting her clients and helping them reach achieve their career aspirations. Tanja is very focused on ensuring that the topic of conversation is centered around the coachee and their experience. She has a way of asking insightful questions that provoke thought and personal insight.
