Over the years, we’ve been invited into organizations to facilitate hundreds of workshops; supporting leaders and teams in meaningful, impactful ways. And while that work continues to be at the heart of what we do, we recently reached an exciting new milestone.
For the first time, we hosted our own workshop and invited clients and members of our community to join us.
And what a response!
We were joined by 39 clients and community partners, representing 27 organizations across a wide range of industries and sectors. Bringing together such a diverse group created an incredibly rich environment for learning, reflection, and connection.
The energy in the room was inspiring, filled with thoughtful dialogue, shared experiences, and a collective commitment to growth.
This wasn’t just another workshop for us. It was a moment of pride. A moment that reflects how far we’ve come. And a moment that marks the beginning of something new for Potentia.
