Tanja Halsall

Tanja Halsall has significant strategic and tactical human resource and management experience within many industries including Professional Services, Manufacturing, Sales, Winery, Healthcare, Hospitality, Technology and the Not-for-Profit sector. In addition to supporting various businesses in the Okanagan through Potentia, she works with the Faculty of Management at UBC Okanagan as an Adjunct Professor and previously a Personal Development Coach and Instructor within the Masters of Management program.

With a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, (Canada), a Senior Certified Professional designation (SHRM-SCP) with the Society of Human Resource Management (worldwide), Masters of Arts (MA) in Leadership, Post- Diploma in Human Resource Management, and having completed a coaching program certificate by the European Mentorship and Coaching Council (EMCC), Tanja is committed to lifelong learning; one of the most effective ways to strive for excellence.
