Jennifer Bond is a strategic business partner who has over 20 years of progressive human resources and labour relations leadership experience. Throughout her tenure, she has held roles from HR Business Partner to Senior HR/Labour Relations Manager and a Regional HR/LR Lead overseeing multiple territories/provinces. Jennifer is known for fostering strong relationships across diverse teams and driving initiatives that support both organizational performance and employee engagement across Western Canada.
A graduate of Okanagan University College with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, Jennifer combines solid academic foundations with practical HR and labour relations expertise. Her educational background and deep understanding of HR dynamics have equipped her to lead impactful people strategies, manage and support a multitude of change initiative, and support full employee lifecycle and workforce development within complex business environments.
