Nicole brings a wealth of Senior HR leadership experience across the public and private sectors, including multi-site and unionized environments. Throughout her career, she has partnered with leadership teams to navigate complex people matters, lead enterprise-wide people programs, and support organizations through transformational change.
Nicole believes the best HR work often happens behind the scenes. When done well, leaders feel supported, teams feel heard, and organizations can move forward with confidence. She is known for her integrity, follow-through, calm approach, and genuine curiosity about both people and business. She believes trust is the foundation of a true partnership and works to build it in every relationship.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is currently completing her MSc in Organizational and Business Psychology at the University of Liverpool. With a CPHR designation – and certifications in Change Management, Labour Relations, Indigenous Studies, Insights, Coaching, and Workplace Investigations – Nicole provides practical, evidence-based workplace solutions that bridge strategy, psychology, and people-focused leadership.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys skiing, paddleboarding, hiking with her labradoodle, and spending time with her family in the Okanagan.
