Led by Tanja Halsall, MA, CPHR
As owner and Chief People Officer at Potentia Human Resources, Tanja brings over 30 years of experience helping leaders and teams unlock their potential. She has worked within and alongside organizations within many different industries including professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and the not-for-profit sector, giving her a deep understanding of what drives people and organizational success.
Tanja serves as Chair of the Central Okanagan Food Bank, reflecting her commitment to community leadership and meaningful impact, and from time to time, teaches Human Resources to Undergrad students at UBCO, helping students build confidence, capability, and self-awareness as emerging leaders.

Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is designed for professionals, people leaders, and anyone looking to better understand themselves and others. Whether you lead a team, collaborate across departments, or simply want to strengthen your communication and relationships, Insights Discovery will help you build the self-awareness and confidence to adapt and connect more effectively.
What if I can’t make it after I register?
To make the most of your Insights Discovery experience, each participant completes a personalized evaluator prior to the workshop. For this reason, registration is non-refundable and non-transferable, as materials are created specifically for each individual.
Will I receive my Insights Discovery profile during the workshop?
Yes. Shortly after you register, you’ll receive an email containing a link and associated instructions to complete a short online assessment (evaluator). This will need to be completed by February 19, 2026.
This evaluator forms the foundation for your personalized Insights Discovery Profile, which outlines your natural preferences, communication style, and approach to working with others.
Your unique profile will be shared with you during the workshop, where you’ll have the opportunity to interpret your results, reflect on what they mean for you, and learn how to apply your insights in real workplace situations.
Can I bring members of my team?
