Lisa Fletcher brings a wealth of experience to the Potentia team. Initially starting her management career in the operations realm, one of Lisa’s strengths is systems thinking and seeing how people within organizations can come together to create exceptional workplaces and results. With over 20 years of management and people relations experience, Lisa is known for building healthy and strengths-based culture, understanding people’s potential, as well as creating solid foundational HR and business practices.

With an HR Certificate from SFU and having seized many opportunities for professional development within her career, Lisa is a lifelong learner amongst a team of focused individuals who are all committed and dedicated to excellence. Lisa has much experience within many industries including the tech sector, not-for-profit, professional services and most recently manufacturing.
