Kelsey Amos

Kelsey is a passionate, results-orientated Human Resources Generalist with over ten years of progressive experience. She delivers high quality human resource guidance and support to clients, spanning diverse industries, in order to achieve company wide goals.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Human Resources Management with her Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.

Kelsey believes there is no better place to work and live than in Kelowna, BC. She enjoys living the Okanagan lifestyle and everything it has to offer from wine touring, discovering new hiking trails and exploring the Okanagan Valley.

When working with Kelsey you can expect a hands-on individual with integrity and a collaborative approach. Her experience leading initiatives includes performance management, recruiting, employee engagement, health and safety, talent management and benefits administration which allows her to work alongside clients to meet the needs of the business.
